Looking For a New Job Just Became More Difficult

Watch out for websites that offer job search online. Jobsonline.net will tell you they have hundreds of job openings in your area to catch your interest. After you begin your registration with them, you are prompted to sign up with several colleges. If you are not careful, you will make yourself a target for numerous harrassing phone calls. You must scroll to the bottom of each page, and click the “no thanks” button if you are not interested in that school. After many pages of this, you finally get to the end of the registration. You are then led to mass pages of jobs in your area. Once you click on a job that seems perfect, it takes you to a new website. This website ALSO wants you to register. Haven’t I done enough registering with the original company? I was looking for an application to fill out. I was raring to go, and now this. In the end, you are still looking for work.

Ideas for Hotel Stays

It’s unfortunate, but sometimes you have to stay in a hotel or a motel. Your meals are usually unplanned. It is expected that you will make fast food restaurants rich in the neighborhood of the hotel. Well, styrofoam cups of soup are the way to go. Purchase a $5 coffee maker, place it near the sink in your hotel room and warm plain water. Tear open a soup cup and pour in the water like you would coffee. It’s a great meal fix and it’s healthier than fast food burgers.

Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs chopped up
1 cup chopped bellpepper
1 cup chopped onion
one leaf of “Green Leaf Lettuce”
1 large can of tuna
1/2 cup of “Duke’s Relish Spread” (or mayonnaise of your choice)
1 tablespoon of mustard

Take all ingredients EXCEPT FOR LETTUCE, and mixed them all up.
Take the Lettuce Leaf and place it one slice of bread. Spread the tuna mixture on top of the lettuce. Place another slice of bread on top of the tuna. Enjoy!

(makes approximately 3-4 sandwiches)

Do you have some left-over greens and don’t know what to do with them? Well, I have a delicious idea for you. It can be breakfast or a great dinnertime side dish.

It’s called:

Greens in Eggs

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of leftover mustard greens
chopped up in small pieces
2 Eggs
1/8 pound of mild cheddar cheese (or the cheese of your choice) shredded

Fry this combination in a pan with some butter. And, you will have a delicious meal that will have the greenery that our diet requires.

It had been two years since I’d had my first baby. I begin to resent my wasteline. Wearing a size 16 was not the business. I had a thought. Why not try pink grapefruit? So, for about one month I ate pink grapefruit with sugar sprinkled on top for breakfast only. I went from a size 16 to a 14. Now, I’m trying to figure out how to get down to a size 10.

Try it!

Cut Pink Grapefruit in half

Sprinkle sugar lightly on top (if you choose)

Eat with a spoon. It’s a fun breakfast.

I went to the State Fair this year. I did what most people do and had a candy apple. Now, I’m a person who suffers from the worst case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I’m fortunate to have a bowel movement twice a week. But, there was a secret to this candy apple thing. It had nuts. Something people see everyday. Pecans grow in my tree. I found one of the secrets of bodily cleansing success. Thank you to the candy apple makers at the State Fair. Try it!

A candy apple or:

Yogurt with chopped nuts sprinkled on top.

Try this for one week and see if you can tell and FEEL the difference.

Executions Put No End to Crimes.

I watched the news in 2002, when John Allen Muhammad was accused of one of the scariest crimes that man can imagine. Sniper. The D. C. Sniper. This could happen to anyone. Crowds are not our friend. And, crimes continue on. John Allen Muhammad is scheduled for execution by lethal injection. The news is sketchy on Mr. Muhammad’s whereabouts and his actual time for execution. From what I understand he is to be lethally injected at 10 p.m. eastern time. Nighttime is such a horrid time for death. Early morning is better you are refreshed and your mind is completely opened.

What was the D. C. Sniper going through? What would cause a man to commit such a crime? It seemed to be the beginning of many killing sprees in America. John Muhammad just seemed to be the first to feel the pressures in America. When the negativity just gets to be too much, just remember John Muhammad and you will see the end result of letting the pressures get to you. The D. C. Sniper story is the Father of Shooting Sprees of our time.
